The Global Property Site is a property website which occupies a unique niche in the middle east. It is the first MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, in the region.
Aimed squarely at Agencies within the middle east www.GlobalPropertySite.com allows Agencies to do the following:
1. Property management - upload your properties and manage them easily and quickly.
2. Generate and keep track of enquiries - assign properties to agents, or groups of agents, who are then contacted directly when a property enquiry comes in. A copy of the enquiry is kept on the site enabling you to see who has received enquiries and follow up to see their status.
3. Handshake with other agencies - a handshake means you get access to the properties of the agency you are handshaking with, although you do not get the owner info. This feature can rapidly expand your stock and give you instant access to properties you'd otherwise have to trawl through papers or make phone calls to acquire.
4. Instant property display on the www.GlobalPropertySite.com portal - as soon as you add a property you can display it on the property portal for free. Any buyer who searches the site can find your properties and contact you directly via email.

2. An XML feed to your site - if you already have your own website, and want to take advantage of the time and manpower savings of connecting your site to your properties on www.GlobalPropertySite.com we can provide an XML feed to your site. Your web developer can then use this for displaying your stock on your own site.
